The existing dwelling a traditional three bedrooms house with a very small tight kitchen hidden at the rear.
The proposal created a new open plan kitchen dining living space with large french doors, and carefully positioned roof lights which let natural light deep into the plan. A glazed canopy acts as a further outdoor/indoor space.
